Site Foreman / Working Foreman

ROLE:

This individual will work to deliver projects from start to finish. This person will form part of a dynamic delivery team carrying out projects throughout Munster.

​

The individual must be focused on Health & Safety, supervising, managing subcontractors, liaising with the Project Management team and directing labour accordingly.

​

Duties will involve but not limited to the following:
​

  • Managing our construction team, subcontractors and service providers.

  • Ability to deliver projects on time and to perfection.

  • Ensure completion dates are met and the project is within budget.

  • Maintaining site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities.

  • Liaise with the purchaser on orders and deliveries through our easy to use purchasing system.

  • To carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the company and client.

  • Implement Health and Safety procedures on all sites.

  • Ensure quality of the works by using our quality system.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5 + years  site management experience.
  • Trade qualification, an advantage.
  • A strong motivational attitude and a desire to succeed and to help us to further grow.
  • Strong team building skills.
  • Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry is important.
  • Strong eye for finishing.
  • Experience with the Microsoft suite (outlook, etc.), an advantage.
