Marketing and Tendering Administrator / Coordinator
Permanent, Full-time

This individual will set up, plan and execute marketing initiatives for a fast growing construction company. The right candidate will be enthusiastic in undertaking this role and have the ability and curiosity to understand technical products and their applications.

Duties will involve but not limited to the following:
  • Optimising digital marketing tactics, these tactics include SEO, social advertising, content marketing, etc.

  • Continuous updating of our social platforms, LinkedIn, website, Facebook, etc.

  • Collaborate with our management team to research, shape and draft concepts for landing pages, lead articles, stories, campaigns, social media posts and adverts. Working with copywriters and designers to develop pieces into high-performance content.

  • Compile reports for Directors, based on data from Google Analytics and other platforms, that identify opportunities for improving our brand.

  • Organise, plan and action activities during construction weeks, e.g., Safety week, STEM week, mental health week, etc.

  • Be at the forefront for the organisations brand awareness.

  • Prepare and present documentation for the tendering of new projects, clients, etc.

  • 1+ Year Experience.

  • Degree / Diploma qualification or equivalent.

  • Experience in marketing programmes and techniques.

  • Excellent knowledge of managing Google Analytics and social media management tools.

  • Proficient in the Microsoft suite.

  • Strong eye for visually engaging content and brand awareness.

  • Some graphic design and video editing knowledge is an advantage.
