Construction of a development of houses consisting of 12no. houses from greenfield site to turnkey finish as per Cluid Housing specification, ready for handover to Cluid Housing by Dromjam Limited.

The development consisted of 2no. blocks of 2 houses and 2no. blocks of 4 houses which were a mix of 3 and 4 bedroom houses and a mix of 2 and 3 storey houses.

The works included co-ordination with utilities companies, Kerry County Council and Irish Water. All works completed to the latest standards and regulations.
