Project Summary

Extensive works carried out on 2no. apartments. This included the fitting of a structural steel support to the existing roof to form a mezzanine floor. Incorporated in each apartment was a living and kitchen area, two bedrooms, main bathroom, en-suite and entrance lobby.

All works were carried out with minimal disruption to neighbouring apartment owners. This contract was won on the recommendation of the previous project manager.
