Demolition of existing layout to bar and restaurant. New fitout of bar, restaurant and toilets in an existing hotel following extensive damage by fire.  Works including new walls, MF ceilings, floors, electrical and mechanical installations, flooring and decoration.

Supply and fit new doors and glazing sections within the bar area.  Finish features included wall sections of timber panelling, new lighting layout, ventilation and electrical works as per client’s requirements.
